Ashleel Lyrics – Neha Kakkar, Nakash Aziz | Tuesdays & Fridays

Ashleel Song Description

This song is "Ashleel" (अश्लील), which is a popular and playful track from the movie "Tuesdays & Fridays" . This song has been sung by Neha Kakkar and Nakash Aziz, the music is composed by Tony Kakkar, and the lyrics are also written by Tony Kakkar himself. The movie features actors like Anmol Thakeria Dhillon, Jhataleka Malhotra, Niki Walia, and Zoa Morani, and this song has been released under the T-Series music label. Although the title of the song is "Ashleel" (which means obscene/indecent), it is actually a teasing-style romantic song with a light-hearted mischief and playful expression of love.

Talking about the lyrics, lines like "Ashleel nigahon se na dekh, dil dhak-dhak hota hai" (Don't look at me with indecent eyes, my heart starts racing) and "Feelings ko laga de thoda break, dil dhak-dhak hota hai" (Put a little break on your feelings, my heart starts racing) — in these, the girl tells the boy not to look at her like that, because her heartbeat increases. Further, "Maana huzoor ke chehre pe chaand hai, par aisi baat hai ki thoda badnaam hai" (I accept that your face has a moon-like glow, but the thing is it's a little infamous) and "Haya utaar ke na phenk" (Don't throw away your modesty) make it clear that the song is a mix of shyness, attraction, and light-hearted romance. The song also has catchy words like "Wah ji, wah-wah!" and "Ayy, ayy, ayy" , which make it even more fun.

The further lyrics have even more entertaining lines, such as "Mere badan pe tu jo dhoondhe, ek cheez hai" (What you're searching for on my body, there's one thing), "Tu achha, par tere khayal badtameez hain" (You are good, but your thoughts are ill-mannered), and "Zor-zor lage mujhe nainon ke jo teer hain" (The arrows from your eyes hit me hard) — these all show that the heroine likes the hero's gaze and actions, but she teasingly scolds him. Additionally, lines like "Mumbai se London tere aashikon ki line hai, saare neembu-paani, bas hum hi fine wine hain" (From Mumbai to London, there's a line of your lovers; everyone is just lemonade, but we are fine wine) and "Tere dil ke pinjre ki chaabi only mine hai" (The key to your heart's cage is only mine) show confidence and flirting fun. At the end, "Tere bhi irade nahi nek, dil dhak-dhak hota hai" (Your intentions are not good either, my heart races) — the song ends in the same playful tone. Overall, this is a peppy, fun-loving Bollywood song that perfectly represents the romantic mood of the movie Tuesdays & Fridays , and its lyrics are as catchy to listen to as they are full of teasing and love in their meaning.
