Jehda Nasha Lyrics in English Letters (Romanized)
Jehda Nasha-Nasha Teri Ankhaan Vichchon Aave Mainu,
Main Vekhya Bada, Na Oh Lakkhaan Vichchon Aave Mainu।
Jehda Nasha-Nasha Teri Ankhaan Vichchon Aave Mainu,
Main Vekhya Bada, Na Oh Lakkhaan Vichchon Aave Mainu।
Dil De Neede Hove Tu Mere,
Dil De Neede Hove Tu Mere।
Dil Bas Chaahve Tainu।
Jehda Nasha-Nasha Teri Ankhaan Vichchon Aave Mainu,
Main Vekhya Bada, Na Oh Lakkhaan Vichchon Aave Mainu।
Horaan Utte Gaur Mera Karda Na Dil Ni,
Happy-Happy Ho Jaavan, Jadon Jaave Mainu Mil Ni।
Haye, Jaave Mainu Mil Ni।
Dil De Neede Hove Tu Mere,
Dil De Neede Hove Tu Mere।
Dil Bas Chaahve Tainu।
Jinna Pyaar-Pyaar Tere Shakkhaan Vichchon Aave Na,
Main Vekhya Bada, Na Oh Lakkhaan Vichchon Aave Mainu।
Tere Bina Feel Bada Kariye Alone Ni,
Vekhan Nu Tainu Nitt Aaiye Teri Zone Ni।
Hollywood Vich Tere Charche Ne Loud Ni,
Saare Aashiqaan Te Tu Vi Karengi Proud Ni।
Karengi Proud Ni।
Jinna Sukoon-Sukoon Teri Ankhaan Vichchon Aave Mainu,
(Ankhaan Vichchon Aave Mainu)
Main Vekhya Bada, Na Oh Lakkhaan Vichchon Aave Mainu।
(Lakkhaan Vichchon Aave Mainu)
Jehda Nasha-Nasha Teri Ankhaan Vichchon Aave Mainu,
Main Vekhya Bada, Na Oh Lakkhaan Vichchon Aave Mainu।

The lyrics of the song begin with "Jehda nasha-nasha teri ankhan vichchon aave mainu" (The intoxication that comes from your eyes to me) — which means that the intoxication in your eyes is what draws me towards you. Here, "nasha" symbolizes love, attraction, and passion. The lyricist has tried to convey that among lakhs of people, only that one person seems special, whose eyes carry this intoxication, and the heart desires only that person. At the same time, "Main vekhya bada, na oh lakhan vichchon aave mainu" (I have seen a lot, but why does only that one among lakhs appeal to me) — this line shows the uniqueness of being chosen in love.
In the further lyrics, it is said "Dil de nede hove tu mere" (May you stay close to my heart) and "Tere bina feel bada kariye alone ni" (Without you, I feel very alone). The song also mentions that your fame is loud even in Hollywood, and all lovers would be proud of you. This song is a blend of modern Punjabi romance and traditional folk music, listening to which gives the feeling of falling in love. Because of its catchy hook line, this song has become quite popular. In simple words, it is a love-filled intoxication that starts from the eyes and descends into the heart.
