Dekhiye Jahaan Jaiye Kahin Song Description

Here we are talking about "Dekhiye Jahaan Jaiye Kahin", a beautiful and hopeful love song from the movie Batwara 1947. The song is sung by Javed Ali, Aanandi Joshi, and Rabbani Mustafa Khan. The music has been composed, produced, and arranged by A. R. Rahman, while the lyrics are written by Javed Akhtar. The film stars Shabana Azmi, Sunny Deol, and Preity G. Zinta, and the song was released under the Zee Music Company label.

The song begins with "Ae Dil, Tere Jazbaat Bhi Kitne Ajeeb Hain", where the singer reflects on the strange and beautiful feelings of the heart. The central line, "Pyaar Hai To Hai Zindagi Haseen," expresses the main message of the song — when there is genuine love in life, even difficult moments can feel beautiful and meaningful.

The lyrics beautifully describe love as a source of light and hope. Lines such as "Hole-Hole, Halke-Halke Prem Rang Chhalke" and "Haare Andhere, Jeete Sawere" suggest that love can bring light after darkness and hope after difficult times. The phrase "Khil Utha Hai Dil Ka Chaman" compares the heart to a garden that begins to bloom when touched by love.

Another beautiful part of the song encourages people to forget their troubles and bring marham (healing comfort) to each other's hearts. The line "Tum Jo Chaho, Hum Jo Chahein, Milke Mita Dein Daag Saare" expresses the idea that people can overcome old wounds and painful memories when they come together with love and understanding.

As the song continues, its message grows beyond romantic love. It imagines a world where people smile, sing with happiness, and where hatred (nafrat) has no place. The lyrics encourage everyone to hope for a tomorrow without sorrow and suffering.

Overall, Dekhiye Jahaan Jaiye Kahin is a beautiful song about love, friendship, hope, peace, and humanity. The soulful composition by A. R. Rahman, meaningful lyrics by Javed Akhtar, and expressive vocals by Javed Ali, Aanandi Joshi, and Rabbani Mustafa Khan come together to create a song that celebrates not only love between two people but also the dream of a happier and more peaceful world.
