Shukar Manavaan Song Description

This song is "Shukar Manavaan" (शुकर मनावाँ), which is a very soothing and emotional track from the film Velle. It is sung by Armaan Malik in his melodious voice, the music is composed by Yug Bhusal, and the lyrics are written by Siddharth – Garima. The film Velle features artists like Abhay Deol, Karan Deol, Anya Singh, and Savant Singh Premi, and it has been released by Zee Music Company. The name of the song "Shukar Manavaan" means "to express gratitude", and from the very beginning, this song evokes positivity, trust, and gratitude towards life.

The lyrics say, "Ik chhitti badri se manzil badli si" (A small cloud changed the destination slightly) — meaning sometimes a small thing or a small change can completely alter our direction in life. "Rasta anchaaha, manchaha ho gaya" (An undesired path became the desired one) means that the path which didn't seem good earlier, ended up leading us to our destination. When the song says "Maahi paaiya paaiya, man liya liya" (I found my beloved, I won the heart), it conveys that a good companion or love has been found, who has won the heart. "Meri jind vich aaiya hun hausla" (Now courage has come into my life) means that now courage and strength have come into life, and "Rab raakha raakha" (God has protected) expresses trust that God has kept us safe. After this, the repeated line "Hun shukar manavaan main te lakh da" (Now I thank God a million times) teaches us to be grateful to God for everything we have received.

In the further lyrics, there is a feeling of freedom, courage, and a new flight, such as "Malang main tur jaana, ye dariya tar jaana, mud ke na aana kade, ud ke main jaana sajna" (I will wander like a carefree soul, I will cross this river, never look back, I will fly, my love) — this says that we must not look back now, but take a flight towards a new journey. "Chahaton ki barsaatein hon, duaon ke hovein chhajje" (May there be rains of desires, and shades of prayers) beautifully paints love, desires, and prayers. And "Tarang mein rang jaana, main mann de sang jaana" (I want to get colored in the wave, go with my heart) means that we should flow with the waves of joy and enthusiasm, along with our heart. Overall, "Shukar Manavaan" is a song that teaches us to be grateful for every small joy in life, every difficult path, and every good person. Armaan Malik's sweet voice, simple lyrics, and positive message make this song very close to the heart.
