Phir Se Zara Tu Rooth Ja Lyrics – Jubin Nautiyal | Attack

Phir Se Zara Tu Rooth Ja Song Description

This song is "Phir Se Zara Tu Ruth Ja" (फिर से ज़रा तू रूठ जा), which is from the movie Attack. It features big stars like John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Rakul Preet Singh. This song is a brilliant mix of Filmi, Pop, and Rock genres, and has been voiced by Jubin Nautiyal in his powerful voice. The music is composed by Shashwat Sachdev, and the lyrics are written by Kumaar. This song has been released under the Zee Music Company label, and it is an emotional, longing-filled track that touches the heart as soon as you hear it.

In the lyrics, life itself is addressed in a unique way, such as "Phir se zara tu ruth ja, phir se tujhe manaun main" (Get angry again once more, I will win you over again) — meaning life is being told to get upset once more, because I will make up with you again. Meanwhile, lines like "Ai zindagi, tu chup hai kyun? Mil ke kabhi tu bol na" (O life, why are you silent? Don't you ever speak when we meet?) question life's silence. "Dil ki jo baatein hain, hothon pe khol na" (Open up the things in your heart on your lips) and "Chubhti khamoshi hai, kuch toh bol na" (This silence pricks, say something at least) express the feeling that whatever is inside the heart should be brought to words, because silence causes the most pain.

In the further lyrics, even deeper thoughts are shared: "Andar ek mere hai udta ghayal parinda koi" (Inside me, a wounded bird is flying) — meaning there is a wounded bird flying in the heart that still doesn't lose courage. "Mar ke bhi jaise ek mujhmein paagal hai zinda koi" (As if after dying too, someone crazy is alive inside me) shows that even after every sorrow and difficulty, a passion remains alive inside. Meanwhile, "Tinka hoon main toofaan mein" (I am a straw in the storm) shows that a person is very small and weak in front of life's storm, yet they keep trying to fight life and win it over. Overall, this song conveys the message of pain, hope, and the battle with life, which also perfectly matches the story of the movie Attack. And in Jubin Nautiyal's voice, this song becomes the voice of everyone's heart.
